Is Jesus the Messiah?

We often hear about Jesus and about the fact that he saved us by dying on the cross for us. And whoever believes in him has eternal life.

Saving our lives - that is the role of the expected Messiah... But is Jesus the real Messiah, or we have to wait for someone else?

Most of the information about the chosen one, the one who will save all of us, we are getting from the book of the prophet Isaiah, who lived and prophesied at around 8th century BC. Roughly, it was 700 years before Jesus was born.

Forbidden fruit - why the knowledge of Good and Evil was not meant for us?

Why would God forbid the knowledge of good and evil to Adam and Eve? This seems strange as even the fruits from the Tree of Life were not forbidden to them. And when God forbid to eat these fruits, He explained what kind of tree it was. God wanted us to know that he hadn't meant the knowledge of good and evil for us. Why?

Am I saved?

People often get asked if they are saved, or concerned about their salvation or being afraid of death.

Initially God created us to be with him in the Garden of Eden. However, Eve and Adam ate the forbidden fruit, bringing sin into our lives. And the sin separates us from God. There is no life without God. Sin brings death...

Why did God ask to kill animals as sacrifices and offerings for sin?

The Bible describes in great detail the instructions for animal donations on the altar.

A person in the modern world sincerely does not understand why God can be pleased with the killing of innocent animals in order to propitiate God for human sins.

As early as the beginning of the Bible, we see that animal sacrifice was a human initiative. Cain and Abel decided to bring some sacrifices without God asking for those.
